<![CDATA[Optimal nutrition is the cornerstone for youth soccer players to support their physical growth and athletic performance. However, based on a situational analysis of U-15 soccer players at SMP Negeri 13 Ambon, issues with poor eating habits were identified, such as the habit of skipping breakfast, which resulted in a high rate of complaints of extreme fatigue and post-training pain (25%). This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to improve young soccer players’ literacy and knowledge regarding the application of balanced nutrition principles. Educational interventions were provided to 31 student soccer players using a combination of visual media (PowerPoint) and modules (printed and digital). The educational materials focused on understanding the General Guidelines for Balanced Nutrition (PUGS), macronutrient proportions—particularly carbohydrates as a preventative measure against early fatigue—micronutrient intake, and hydration management. The conclusion of this study is that nutritional education interventions are highly effective in improving sports nutrition knowledge. It is hoped that this increased literacy will encourage independent behavioral changes in the daily dietary management of soccer players to support physical fitness and the achievement of maximum performance.]]>
