This study aims to determine the role of pesantren cooperatives (Kopontren) in enhancing the entrepreneurial spirit of students at Pondok Pesantren Nurul iman, Labang, Bangkalan, Madura. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through semi-structured interviews with Kopontren administrators and students involved in cooperative activities. The results showed that Kopontren acts as a business laboratory for santri, providing practical experience in entrepreneurship, and building a mentality of independence. However, the challenges faced include the santri's low self-confidence, consumptive attitude, and limited market access. Proposed solutions include entrepreneurship training, business mentoring, and strengthening marketing networks. The implications of this research are expected to be a reference for other boarding schools in developing entrepreneurship education models based on pesantren cooperatives.
