The population in this study is all patients with chronic kidney failure who underwent hemodialysis as many as 70 patients with total sampling techniques. Data collection using questionnaires and data analysis using the Chi-Square test. The results of the study obtained a p-value = 0.003 (p<0.05). The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between nurse support and the level of patient compliance undergoing hemodialysis in patients with chronic kidney failure in the dialysis room of Prof. Dr. dr.
