Abstrak: Sustainability management menjadi salah satu isu strategis dalam organisasi modern akibat meningkatnya tantangan perubahan iklim, transformasi industri, tuntutan Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), serta kebutuhan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Dalam konteks pendidikan tinggi, penguatan literasi sustainability management diperlukan agar mahasiswa dan masyarakat akademik memahami integrasi aspek keberlanjutan dalam tata kelola organisasi dan pengambilan keputusan strategis. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini melibatkan 87 peserta yang terdiri atas mahasiswa, dosen, akademisi, dan peserta umum dari berbagai institusi pendidikan tinggi melalui webinar internasional “Sustainability Management” untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peserta mengenai sustainability management, ESG, dan implementasi keberlanjutan dalam organisasi modern. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan edukatif partisipatif melalui ceramah interaktif, diskusi reflektif. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan melalui mekanisme pre-test dan post-test yang masing-masing terdiri atas lima pertanyaan terkait sustainability management, ESG, sustainability strategy, dan sustainable organization untuk mengukur perubahan pemahaman peserta sebelum dan sesudah webinar. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata pemahaman peserta sebesar 38%, yang dihitung berdasarkan selisih persentase rata-rata skor pre-test dan post-test pada seluruh indikator pemahaman. Peningkatan terbesar terjadi pada pemahaman konsep ESG, sustainability strategy, dan implementasi sustainability dalam organisasi modern. Selain itu, hasil survei kepuasan menunjukkan bahwa 91% peserta merasa webinar membantu mereka memahami pentingnya sustainability management dalam organisasi dan pendidikan tinggi. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan literasi sustainability serta memperkuat kesadaran akademik mengenai pengelolaan organisasi yang berkelanjutan.Abstract: Sustainability management has become one of the strategic issues in modern organizations due to the increasing challenges of climate change, industrial transformation, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) demands, and the need for sustainable development. In the context of higher education, strengthening sustainability management literacy is essential to enable students and academic communities to understand the integration of sustainability aspects into organizational governance and strategic decision-making. This community engagement activity involved 87 participants, consisting of students, lecturers, academics, and members of the general public from various higher education institutions, through an international webinar entitled “Sustainability Management” aimed at enhancing participants’ understanding of sustainability management, ESG, and sustainability implementation in modern organizations. The implementation method employed a participatory educational approach through interactive lectures and reflective discussions. The evaluation was conducted using pre-test and post-test mechanisms, each consisting of five questions related to sustainability management, ESG, sustainability strategy, and sustainable organizations to measure changes in participants’ understanding before and after the webinar. The evaluation results showed an average increase of 38% in participants’ understanding, calculated based on the difference in the average percentage scores between the pre-test and post-test across all learning indicators. The highest improvement was observed in participants’ understanding of ESG concepts, sustainability strategy, and sustainability implementation in modern organizations. In addition, the satisfaction survey results indicated that 91% of participants perceived the webinar as helpful in understanding the importance of sustainability management in organizations and higher education. Therefore, this activity contributes to enhancing sustainability literacy and strengthening academic awareness regarding sustainable organizational management.
