Abstrak: Bullying dan kekerasan seksual merupakan masalah serius yang memengaruhi 25% pelajar di Indonesia, berdampak pada kesehatan mental dan fisik remaja. Kurangnya pendampingan dan pemahaman mengenai anti-bullying serta pencegahan kekerasan seksual menjadi penyebab utama, terutama di kalangan pelajar Muhammadiyah Kota Sukabumi. Program pendampingan pelajar Muhammadiyah se-Kota Sukabumi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan pelajar dalam mencegah bullying serta kekerasan seksual melalui pendekatan Islami. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan konseling sebaya, workshop interaktif, melibatkan 86 pelajar di SD Aisyiyah kota sukabumi, SMP Aisyiyah kota sukabumi, dan MTS Muhammadiyah kota Sukabumi. Sistem evaluasi menggunakan pre-test dan post-test dengan 33 pertanyaan kuesioner terstruktur serta observasi perilaku untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan tentang pengenalan bullying, mekanisme pelaporan, batas persetujuan seksual, dan dukungan psikososial. Hasilnya dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif guna menilai efektivitas program. Hasilnya, pengetahuan peserta meningkat signifikan, seperti pemahaman anti-bullying dari 42% menjadi 96%, dan pencegahan kekerasan seksual dari 55% menjadi 91%. Sebanyak 94% peserta merasa program sangat bermanfaat, dengan 89% puas terhadap materi dan pendampingan.Abstract: Bullying and sexual violence are serious problems affecting 25% of students in Indonesia, impacting the mental and physical health of adolescents. The lack of mentoring and understanding regarding anti-bullying and sexual violence prevention is a major cause, especially among Muhammadiyah students in Sukabumi City. This Muhammadiyah student mentoring program across Sukabumi City aims to enhance students' awareness and skills in preventing bullying and sexual violence through an Islamic approach. The methods used include socialization, peer counseling training, and interactive workshops, involving 121 students from SD Aisyiyah Sukabumi City, SMP Aisyiyah Sukabumi City, and MTS Muhammadiyah Sukabumi City. The evaluation system employs pre-test and post-test with structured questionnaires as well as behavioral observations to measure improvements in knowledge about bullying recognition, reporting mechanisms, sexual consent boundaries, and psychosocial support. The results are analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively to assess program effectiveness. The results show a significant increase in participants' knowledge, such as anti-bullying understanding from 45% to 88%, and sexual violence prevention from 55% to 91%. As many as 94% of participants found the program highly beneficial, with 89% satisfied with the materials and mentoring. This program is expected to continue through integration into the Muhammadiyah school curriculum and collaboration with local child protection agencies.
