ABSTRAK Penelitian mempunyai tujuan agar bisa tahu seberapa berpengaruh lingkungan dan motivasi kerja kepada prestasi kerja karyawan PT Tunas Auto Graha Toyota Palembang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode sampling jenuh sebanyak 31 penerima. Data diperoleh dilakukan dengan pernyataan dan menganalisis memakai linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian memeprlihatkan kenyataan lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan tepat baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Prestasi Kerja ABSTRACT This research was conducted to examine the impact of workplace conditions and employee motivation on the job performance of staff at PT Tunas Auto Graha Toyota Palembang. A quantitative design was employed, applying a saturated sampling technique involving 31 participants. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, and the responses were processed using multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS software. The findings reveal that both the work environment and motivation exert a positive and significant influence on employee performance, whether considered individually or collectively.
