Pengaruh Komunikasi Kerja, Insentif, dan Kemampuan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Mahakarya Kemasan Digital

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi kerja, insentif, dan kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Mahakarya Kemasan Digital. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling jenuh terhadap 55 karyawan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial komunikasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan insentif dan kemampuan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kemampuan kerja merupakan variabel yang paling dominan memengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 78,5% kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh komunikasi kerja, insentif, dan kemampuan kerja, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 21,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa peningkatan kinerja karyawan lebih efektif dilakukan melalui penguatan kemampuan kerja dan pemberian insentif yang tepat.    This study aims to analyze the effect of work communication, incentives, and work ability on employee performance at PT Mahakarya Kemasan Digital. The research employs a quantitative approach using a saturated sampling technique involving 55 employees. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression.The results show that partially, work communication does not have a significant effect on employee performance, while incentives and work ability have a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, all three variables significantly influence employee performance. Work ability is identified as the most dominant variable affecting employee performance.The coefficient of determination indicates that 78.5% of employee performance is influenced by work communication, incentives, and work ability, while the remaining 21.5% is affected by other factors outside the scope of this study. This study implies that improving employee performance can be more effectively achieved through enhancing work ability and providing appropriate incentives.
