<![CDATA[The phenomenon observed at the Investment Management and One-Stop Integrated Service Unit of Kelapa Gading District is the suboptimal quality of public services provided by this institution. On the other hand, deficiencies have been identified in human resource quality, work culture, and work environment, which do not yet fully support the effective delivery of services. This research aims to examine the extent to which human resource quality, work culture, and work environment influence the quality of public services at the Investment Management and One-Stop Integrated Service Unit (UP PM PTSP) of Kelapa Gading District. This research employs a quantitative associative approach, which seeks to analyze the relationship between variables. This research was conducted at the UP PM PTSP Office of Kelapa Gading District, with data collection and observations taking place from November 2024 to January 2025. The sampling technique used is the census method, involving 144 respondents. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 25 software. The results of the analysis indicate that human resource quality, work culture, and work environment significantly influence the quality of public services at the UP PM PTSP Office of Kelapa Gading District, both partially and simultaneously.]]>
