The Public Infrastructure and Facilities Handling Officer (PPPSU) was established to handle public infrastructure and facilities management issues in the Jakarta area, especially in urban villages. DKI Jakarta Governor Regulation No. 169/2015 emphasizes that PPPSU must act quickly in dealing with public facilities that are unkempt, dirty, or causing nuisance. This aims to speed up the handling of work and ensure that the location or public asset can be returned to function according to its original purpose. This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, employee perceptions and leadership together on the performance of PPPSU officers in Pademangan Timur Village. The primary data collection method used in this study was to use a questionnaire with 97 respondents. Quantitative data analysis techniques obtained from the results of the questionnaire using Multiple Regression Analysis. The results showed that Work Motivation, Employee Perceptions and Leadership simultaneously had a positive and significant effect of 90.5% on the Performance of PPSU Employees in East Pademangan Village
