population of this study were all iPusnas application users who visited the National Library of Indonesia. The sample in this study were 213 respondents using the probability sampling method, namely simple random sampling, then processed with multiple regression analysis. The independent variables in this study are Collection Development, Application Features, and Reviews and the dependent variable is the Number of New Users on the iPusnas application. The results of this study indicate that Collection Development has a positive and significant effect on the number of new users as much as 19.9% on the iPusnas application. Application Features also have a positive and significant effect on the number of new users as much as 13.9% in the iPusnas application and also Reviews have a positive and significant effect on the number of new users as much as 38.6% in the iPusnas application. In simultaneous testing, Collection Development, Application Features, and Reviews have a positive and significant effect on the number of new users by 72.4% in the iPusnas application. This shows that the 3 variables have a big influence on the number of new users on the iPusnas application. However, the remaining 27.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
