This study aims to analyze the implementation of inclusive education policies in improving the quality of learning services for children with special needs at SD Negeri Ciledug 02, Setu, Bekasi. Inclusive education is a policy that aims to provide equal opportunities for all children, including children with special needs, to get a decent and quality education in a public school environment. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation and documentation. The results show that the implementation of the inclusive education policy at SD Negeri Ciledug 02 has gone well, although there are still challenges in terms of providing adequate facilities, training for teachers and parental involvement. Nevertheless, there are real efforts from the school to provide services that suit the needs of children with special needs, such as curriculum adaptation, individualized teaching and providing emotional support.
