Character education in the modern era has become an important aspect in shaping students' personalities so that they are able to cope with rapid technological developments and social changes. Based on this, this study was conducted to describe the collaborative role between parents and schools in shaping students' characters in the modern era. This article discusses the importance of the role of parents and schools in instilling moral values from an early age, and highlights the strategic collaboration between the two as the key to successful character building. Parents act as the first educators through exemplary behavior, habit formation, and positive communication in the family environment, while schools reinforce these values through the learning process and a supportive school culture. The direct involvement of parents in school activities also strengthens the emotional and psychological relationship between educators and families. This synergy fosters mutual respect and strengthens trust, which are important foundations in building children's character. The principles of trust, shared responsibility, and open communication are the basis for the success of this partnership. However, challenges such as low parental participation, differences in parenting styles, and a lack of digital literacy among parents and educators exist. Therefore, strengthening efforts are needed in the form of improving collaborative literacy and adaptive communication systems in building the character of students who are moral, intelligent, and have integrity in the digital age.
