<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of Generation Z employees with job satisfaction as the mediator. This study uses a PRISMA-based Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach and bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer. The search results indicate that research related to this variable has increased significantly in recent years, particularly in the 2023-2025 period. Bibliometric visualizations demonstrate a strong relationship between work motivation, work discipline, and job satisfaction in shaping the performance of Generation Z employees.
