Keterlambatan Berobat Pasien Tuberkulosis Paru di Puskesmas Pringapus

Abstract

Abstrak Puskesmas Pringapus mengalami peningkatan kasus Tuberkulosis (TB) Paru dari 34 kasus menjadi 41 kasus pada tahun 2016. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tahun 2017 dan bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi keterlambatan berobat pasien TB Paru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah total populasi didapatkan 35 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji chi-square dan fisher. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pada variabel tingkat pendidikan (p = 0,012), status pekerjaan (p = 1,000), tingkat pendapatan (p = 0,002), tingkat pengetahuan (p = 0,018), jarak ke pelayanan kesehatan (p = 0,001), presepsi penderita (p = 0,005), riwayat tempat pengobatan (p = 0,279) dan gejala awal (p = 0,002). Simpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu terdapat hubungan antara variabel tingkat pendidikan, tingkat pendapatan, tingkat pengetahuan, jarak ke pelayanan kesehatan, presepsi penderita dan gejala awal dengan keterlambatan berobat pasien TB Paru dan tidak terdapat hubungan antara variabel status pekerjaan dan riwayat tempat pengobatan dengan keterlambatan berobat pasien TB Paru. Abstract Primary health care of pringapus had increased the case of Pulmonary TB from 34 cases to 41 cases in 2016. The study was conducted in 2017 and it was purposed to determine factors associated with treatment delay among pulmonary tuberculosis patients. The type of this research was analytic observational with cross sectional design. The sample of this study was total population of 35 respondents. The instrument used a questionnaire. Data were analyzed with chi-square and fisher test. The results were variable of education (p = 0,012), job status (p = 1,000), income (p = 0,002), knowledge (p = 0,018), distance to health service (p = 0,001), patient perception p = 0,005), history of treatment site (p = 0,279) and initial symptoms (p = 0,002). The concluded of this study was a correlation between the variables of education, income, knowledge, distance to health service, patient perception and early symptoms with treatment delay among TB patients and no relationship between job status and history of treatment sites with with treatment delay among TB patients.
