Abstract

Abstrak Puskesmas Pringapus mengalami peningkatan kasus Tuberkulosis (TB) Paru dari 34 kasus menjadi 41 kasus pada tahun 2016. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tahun 2017 dan bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi keterlambatan berobat pasien TB Paru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah total populasi didapatkan 35 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji chi-square dan fisher. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pada variabel tingkat pendidikan (p = 0,012), status pekerjaan (p = 1,000), tingkat pendapatan (p = 0,002), tingkat pengetahuan (p = 0,018), jarak ke pelayanan kesehatan (p = 0,001), presepsi penderita (p = 0,005), riwayat tempat pengobatan (p = 0,279) dan gejala awal (p = 0,002). Simpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu terdapat hubungan antara variabel tingkat pendidikan, tingkat pendapatan, tingkat pengetahuan, jarak ke pelayanan kesehatan, presepsi penderita dan gejala awal dengan keterlambatan berobat pasien TB Paru dan tidak terdapat hubungan antara variabel status pekerjaan dan riwayat tempat pengobatan dengan keterlambatan berobat pasien TB Paru. Abstract Primary health care of pringapus had increased the case of Pulmonary TB from 34 cases to 41 cases in 2016. The study was conducted in 2017 and it was purposed to determine factors associated with treatment delay among pulmonary tuberculosis patients. The type of this research was analytic observational with cross sectional design. The sample of this study was total population of 35 respondents. The instrument used a questionnaire. Data were analyzed with chi-square and fisher test. The results were variable of education (p = 0,012), job status (p = 1,000), income (p = 0,002), knowledge (p = 0,018), distance to health service (p = 0,001), patient perception p = 0,005), history of treatment site (p = 0,279) and initial symptoms (p = 0,002). The concluded of this study was a correlation between the variables of education, income, knowledge, distance to health service, patient perception and early symptoms with treatment delay among TB patients and no relationship between job status and history of treatment sites with with treatment delay among TB patients. Abstract

Improving the quality of student input requires school marketing management that can be accepted by the wider community and is able to establish harmonious relationships with the community so that it can involve them actively in order to realize school and educational goals, work with the management team, and succeed in realizing school goals productively according to with stipulated conditions. School marketing management in carrying out cooperation is by building relationships, strengthening internal networks, intelligently utilizing the momentum of cooperation, training mass mobility and diversifying. So that by strengthening the management of the school or school will be superior. The results of this study are: 1) School marketing management in improving the quality of student input at Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Midad Sumberejo Sukodono is carried out in several ways, namely through publication, socialization, collaboration with alumni and the mass media, 2) The results of school marketing management in improving the quality of student input from the last three years starting in 2018 there were 343 students, in 2019 it increased to 371 students and in 2020 it increased to 441 students. In terms of student quality, there has also been an increase, in 2018 students with excellent quality entered as many as 50 students, in 2019 as many as 65 students and in 2020 as many as 67 students, 3) The supporting factors are marketing management designed systematically, collaboration with professional teachers, Meanwhile the inhibiting factor is the delivery of information data to improve the image is still lacking, inadequate facilities and do not master information delivery techniques, limited time for school marketing administrators when serving the external public, the school's marketing function has not functioned properly.

Abstract

This research is based on the strategy of Islamic boarding schools towards the character formation of female students. There is a lot of promiscuity such as dating, drugs, brawls, even worse is free sex. This consequence has an impact on their character. This research aims to find out the form of Islamic boarding school strategy, find out the implementation of strategies used by Islamic boarding schools, know the Supporting and Inhibiting Factors of Islamic boarding schools. The benefits of this research can be used as input for the Darul Muhajirin Wonokerto Gucialit Islamic Boarding School Lumajang in forming the character of female students as well as providing a theoretical contribution to the importance of forming character in each individual. Meanwhile, the research method uses a descriptive qualitative research method which focuses on Islamic boarding school strategies for character building of female students. Meanwhile, the informants were the leadership, director of TMAI, ustadz/ustazah and female students. The data collection methods are interviews, observation, and documentation, and the data analysis techniques include triangulation, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the research results, it can be concluded as follows: (1) The strategy used by the Darul Muhajirin Islamic Boarding School in forming character. These are direction, habituation, assignment, example, punishment. The cultivation of character education values ​​at the Darul Muhajirin Islamic Boarding School is based on the five souls which include: The soul of sincerity, the soul of simplicity, the spirit of independence, the soul of Islamic brotherhood, the spirit of freedom. (2) There are three aspects to the implementation of the strategy used by the Islamic Boarding School, namely: (a) Teaching and learning activities (KBM) consisting of opening activities, core activities and closing activities, (b) Extracurricular activities consisting of scouting, art clubs, sports, training speak foreign languages ​​and make speeches. (c) Religious activities. Consists of daily, weekly, monthly and yearly such as: congregational prayers, reading the Koran, and reading prayers. (3) Supporting factors for Islamic boarding schools which include the active role of Islamic boarding school leaders and staff, facilities & infrastructure, Liqo', extracurricular activities and OSDM. The inhibiting factors include: Santriwati's personal circumstances, self-awareness, and the environment.

Abstract

The teacher is the main figure who occupies a position and plays an important role in the world of education. Teachers are not only teachers of science, but also have to supervise to help the growth and development of students. "Teachers, especially Islamic religious education teachers, are expected to be able to have and show good personality traits, such as honest, compassionate, helpful, open, patient and so on, therefore teachers are also expected to be able to instill character in students so that they have good character. glorious. The task of a teacher is not easy, especially for Islamic religious education teachers. In accordance with the background described above. The author is interested in researching the extent of the role of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in instilling character values ​​in students at SDN Pasrujambe 08. This type of research is Field Research, namely research that requires researchers to go to the field to make observations about a phenomenon in a natural setting. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques are interviews, observations and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is inductive through data validity, data reduction, data display and conclusion (verification). The conclusion obtained is that the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers is in instilling character values ​​in students by creating a conducive, comfortable and enjoyable classroom atmosphere, always behaving well in front of students and always instilling discipline, independence, responsibility, honesty and religion. The methods used to instill character values ​​can be through exemplary methods, giving appreciation, giving moral messages, teaching manners, being honest and open to mistakes, instilling leadership qualities. Supporting factors in instilling character values ​​are religious activities and additional learning such as showing videos. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors in instilling character values include busy parents and the environment. Furthermore, the solution to overcome obstacles in instilling character values ​​is cooperation between teachers and parents and cooperation between schools and the community.
