This journal discusses the MBKM work program entitled increasing the institutional capacity of Karang Taruna in Olaia Village, Aesesa District, Nagekeo Regency. The main focus of this activity is to overcome the low level of youth participation and strengthen Karang Taruna organization so that it can function effectively in supporting village development, social welfare the and reducing social problems. The methods used include analyzing the needs of the community and Karang Taruna administrators, implementing socialization activities, lectures, discussions, and direct assistance in the field, especially in the village office and the surrounding environment. This activity aims to increase the knowledge, skills, and motivation of administrators and youth members to be more active in participating in organizational activities. Initial results show an increase in youth understanding and interest in the role of the organization, which is expected to strengthen the role of Karang Taruna in village development and reduce social problems for youth. This article emphasizes the importance of policy support from the village government and active community participation in the success of youth empowerment at the village level, and suggests the need for program sustainability and periodic evaluation to ensure long-term success.
