This community service activity aims to increase the capacity of the community, particularly the Ohoi Werka farmer group, in cultivating and processing sweet potatoes as an effort to increase economic added value. The method used was a participatory approach through outreach, training, demonstrations, and mentoring. The results of the activity indicate an increase in community knowledge and skills in proper sweet potato cultivation and processing into value-added products such as flour, chips, and bakery products. Furthermore, an integrated agro-industry-based community empowerment model was established. This activity has had a positive impact on economic growth and community independence.
