Abstract

Analyzing the historical and philosophical-hermeneutical foundations of the formation of the topic of women's issues in the hadith tradition is very important, as this topic has caused many discussions both within the science of hadith itself and in Islamic society. Approaches to this topic are based on religious, social, political, and cultural factors.
