The community-based liquid organic fertilizer (POC) production initiative was implemented due to the suboptimal management of household organic waste in Langsat Permai Village, Bungaraya District, Siak Regency, where waste is generally burned or disposed of in temporary landfills. Organic waste actually has the potential to be utilized as environmentally friendly and useful liquid organic fertilizer (POC). This initiative aims to improve the knowledge and skills of the community, particularly housewives, in processing household waste into POC. The methods used included environmental observations, literature studies, outreach, discussions, and hands-on practice of making POC from kitchen waste using EM4 bioactivator. Descriptive analysis was conducted based on community participation and responses during the activity. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding and skills in organic waste processing, as well as their ability to independently produce POC
