This study aims to analyze in depth the implementation of the Tabarak method as an innovation in tahfiz learning for early childhood at the Rumah Qur’an Rabbani, Bantul. The approach used is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques through participatory observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews with educators and students. The results showed that the Tabarak method was applied through three integrative stages: talaqqi (listening and imitating), tikrar (repetition 10–20 times), and self-deposit. This strategy optimizes the child's auditory and visual function to instill memorization in long-term memory without creating psychological stress. The main supporting factors include the competence of hafidz teachers, adequate audio-visual facilities, and the active role of parents in muraja'ah at home. Meanwhile, the obstacles found are fluctuating such as discipline problems and play distractions. The synergy between the accuracy of the method and environmental support is the key to the effectiveness of children's memorization in this institution.
