<![CDATA[This community service activity aims to improve effective communication capacity to optimize the role of mothers in the family and social environment. The target group is members of the Makassar branch of the Indonesian Association of Economists' Wives, who play strategic roles as social actors and informal leaders. The implementation method uses a participatory approach through interactive lectures, group discussions, case studies, and simulations of contextual communication. Evaluation is conducted through pre-tests, post-tests, and participant feedback to measure improvements in communication knowledge and skills. The results of the activity indicate an increase in participants' understanding of effective communication strategies and their ability to apply assertive, empathetic, and persuasive communication in family and social life. This activity also contributes to women's empowerment by strengthening mothers' capacity as drivers of change and decision-makers in their social environments. The output of the activity is an increase in effective communication competency that can be utilized sustainably by the target organization. However, the limited duration of the implementation indicates the need for further mentoring to optimize the activity's outcomes.]]>
