INTERVENSI BERBASIS PEMBERDAYAAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN LITERASI KEUANGAN MELALUI INTEGRASI PRAKTIK PERBANKAN DAN INOVASI EDUKASI DIGITAL PADA PELAKU UMKM DAN MAHASISWA

Abstract

ABSTRAKPengelolaan administrasi kredit di sektor perbankan memerlukan sistem yang efektif dan terstruktur, namun pada praktiknya masih ditemukan permasalahan terkait efisiensi pengarsipan dokumen serta rendahnya literasi keuangan masyarakat, khususnya pelaku UMKM dan mahasiswa. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan administrasi kredit sekaligus memperkuat literasi keuangan masyarakat melalui pendekatan pemberdayaan. Kebaruan (novelty) dalam kegiatan ini terletak pada integrasi antara praktik operasional perbankan dengan inovasi edukasi berbasis media visual serta transformasi prosedur administratif menjadi materi literasi yang aplikatif bagi masyarakat. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dan pemberdayaan melalui tahapan identifikasi masalah, perancangan program intervensi, implementasi, serta evaluasi. Program intervensi meliputi pendampingan administrasi, digitalisasi dokumen sederhana, pengembangan media edukasi visual berbasis infografis, serta pelatihan literasi keuangan bagi pelaku UMKM dan mahasiswa. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan mengukur peningkatan pemahaman, perubahan perilaku, serta efektivitas pelaksanaan program. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan efisiensi pengelolaan dokumen kredit pada mitra, serta dampak signifikan terhadap masyarakat berupa peningkatan literasi keuangan, peningkatan kapasitas dalam mengakses pembiayaan formal, perubahan perilaku dalam pengelolaan keuangan, serta peningkatan pemanfaatan layanan digital perbankan. Program ini juga menghasilkan model intervensi berbasis integrasi administrasi, digitalisasi, dan edukasi yang dapat direplikasi pada konteks serupa. Dengan demikian, kegiatan pengabdian ini tidak hanya memberikan kontribusi pada peningkatan kinerja administratif mitra, tetapi juga menghasilkan dampak sosial-ekonomi melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat dan peningkatan literasi keuangan secara berkelanjutan.                                           Kata kunci: literasi keuangan; administrasi kredit; pemberdayaan masyarakat; digitalisasi; inovasi edukasi. ABSTRACTCredit administration management in the banking sector requires an effective and structured system, but in practice, problems related to document archiving efficiency and low financial literacy among the public, particularly MSMEs and students, persist. This community service activity aims to improve the effectiveness of credit administration management while strengthening public financial literacy through an empowerment approach. The novelty of this activity lies in the integration of banking operational practices with visual media-based educational innovations and the transformation of administrative procedures into applicable literacy materials for the community. The implementation method uses a participatory and empowerment approach through the stages of problem identification, intervention program design, implementation, and evaluation. The intervention program includes administrative assistance, digitizing simple documents, developing infographic-based visual educational media, and financial literacy training for MSMEs and students. Evaluation is conducted by measuring increased understanding, behavioral changes, and the effectiveness of program implementation. The results of the activity indicate an increase in the efficiency of credit document management for partners, as well as a significant impact on the community in the form of increased financial literacy, increased capacity to access formal financing, behavioral changes in financial management, and increased utilization of digital banking services. This program also produces an intervention model based on the integration of administration, digitalization, and education that can be replicated in similar contexts. Thus, this community service activity not only contributes to improving partners' administrative performance but also generates socio-economic impact through community empowerment and sustainable improvement in financial literacy.Keywords: financial literacy; credit administration; community empowerment; digitalization; educational innovation.
