<![CDATA[This research aims to examine the influence of Total Quality Management (TQM) and Just In Time (JIT) on production cost efficiency at CV Suho Garmindo Cileunyi. The study employed a quantitative associative method with a sample of 91 production employees obtained using Slovin’s formula. Data were collected through observation, interviews, literature review, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques included validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results reveal that TQM has a significant effect on cost efficiency (tcount 4.363 > ttable 1.662), and JIT also significantly influences cost efficiency (tcount 8.271 > ttable 1.662). Simultaneously, both variables contribute 48.3% to production cost efficiency (Fcount 36.317 > Ftable 3.100). These findings indicate that the application of TQM and JIT, supported by make-to-order production systems and employee training, is effective in enhancing production efficiency and reducing costs.]]>
