<![CDATA[This research is based on the fluctuation of the number of employees. The occurrence of these fluctuations is influenced by leadership style and the organizational culture at Bank BJB Tamansari Branch Office Bandung. This research aims to find out how leadership style and the organizational culture on employee performance, partially or simultaneously. The object of this research is employee performance at Bank BJB Tamansari Branch Office Bandung. The type of research is associative quantitative with primary data types and uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, literature studies and questionnaires. Meanwhile, the sampling technique is non probability sampling with a population of 137 people and a sample of 58 people. The results of the research at Bank BJB Tamansari Branch Office Bandung show that there is a significant influence between leadership style on employee performance of 46,7% for the R2 test with the results of the t test where thitung > ttabel (7,007 > 1,67252) means H1 is accepted, there is a significant influence between the organizational culture on employee performance of 31,4% for the R2 test with the results of the t test where thitung > ttabel (5,060 > 1,67252) means H1 is accepted, and simultaneously there is a significant by 61,7% for the R2 test with the results of the F test where the value of Fhitung > Ftabel (44,336 > 3,16).]]>
