This study aims to determine the influence of Bank Indonesia’s monetary policy on inflation and economic growth in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a library research approach. The data used are secondary data obtained from journals, books, and official reports from Bank Indonesia and the Central Statistics Agency. The results show that Bank Indonesia’s monetary policy, through instruments such as the BI 7-Day Repo Rate (BI7DRR), open market operations, and reserve requirements, has an important role in controlling inflation and maintaining economic growth in Indonesia. Monetary policy also helps maintain the stability of the rupiah exchange rate and the national economy.
