Penelitian ini mengkaji pengembangan wisata edukasi berbasis aktivitas interaktif melalui penguatan kapasitas Kelompok Kerja (Pokja) di Kampung Cibuluh, Desa Kiarasari. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan observasi partisipatif melalui keterlibatan peneliti dan masyarakat. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, dokumentasi, diskusi partisipatif, serta penilaian potensi wisata menggunakan skala Likert 1–4 pada aspek wisata alam, agrowisata, budaya, live in, dan aktivitas edukatif masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan potensi wisata edukasi yang besar, namun pengelolaan masih berfokus pada wisata curug sehingga diversifikasi belum optimal. Rekomendasi pengembangan meliputi wisata pengamatan flora-fauna, trekking edukatif, agrowisata, live in, dan wisata budaya partisipatif, serta penyusunan paket wisata, guide book, dan media promosi. Kontribusi penelitian ini adalah model pengembangan wisata edukasi berbasis partisipasi masyarakat untuk mendukung keberlanjutan desa wisata. This study examines the development of educational tourism based on interactive activities through strengthening the capacity of the Working Group (Pokja) in Kampung Cibuluh, Kiarasari Village. The research employs a qualitative method with a participatory observation approach involving direct engagement with the local community. Data were collected through observation, documentation, participatory discussions, and potential assessment using a 1–4 Likert scale covering nature tourism, agrotourism, cultural tourism, live-in experiences, and community-based educational activities. The findings indicate strong potential for educational tourism development; however, current management remains focused on waterfall-based attractions, resulting in limited diversification. Recommended developments include flora and fauna observation, educational trekking, agrotourism, live-in programs, and participatory cultural tourism, along with supporting outputs such as tour packages, guidebooks, and promotional media. The main contribution of this study is a community-based educational tourism development model that supports sustainable village tourism management.
