Lack of self-confidence is still one of the problems experienced by adolescents and young adults, especially in expressing themselves and showing their abilities. Some participants at LKP Yuwita still felt shy, lacked confidence in their abilities, and were afraid to use makeup due to limited understanding of basic makeup techniques. This community service activity aimed to improve participants’ self-confidence through the “Boosting Confidence through Makeup” beauty class workshop. The method used in this activity was the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach with a learning by doing method through training, demonstrations, direct practice, mentoring, and awareness activities regarding the importance of personal grooming and self-care. The activity was conducted on May 13, 2026, with 9 participants. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the beauty class workshop improved participants’ understanding of basic makeup techniques, increased their self-confidence, encouraged them to express themselves more confidently, and created an interactive and positive learning atmosphere. Therefore, the beauty class workshop can be an effective learning medium for improving makeup skills and participants’ self-confidence.
