Visual Impressions Of Commercial Building Facade On Visitor Attraction (Case Study: Mal Taman Anggrek In West Jakarta). The increasing presence of malls in Jakarta has added to the intense competition between malls with one another, causing a struggle for visitor attraction to have the desire to visit the mall building again in the future. This raises one of the main challenges faced by business people, namely how they can understand and respond to the expectations and preferences of today's visitor attraction that needs to be maintained. One of the efforts of shopping center businesses to answer these problems is by applying attractive facades such as secondary skins on mall buildings, for example at Mall Taman Anggrek in West Jakarta which uses Media Facade. The purpose of this research is to learn about the elements of the visual impression of the facade in the Secondary Skin Facade that affect the identity of the building at Mall Taman Anggrek on visitor attraction, and to reflect and raise the potential for the development of Secondary Skin technology design that can affect visitor attraction in Indonesia in the future. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, interviews and literature studies. Thus, the findings of this research are expected to provide insight to the public regarding the visual impression of secondary skin façade using media facade and its relationship to visitor attraction. This research is also expected to serve as a foundation for further research to deepen the understanding of secondary skin façade.
