<![CDATA[Design Assessment Study On Granting Exclusive Rights. This research aims to evaluate designs in the context of granting exclusive rights. Granting exclusive rights is an important mechanism for protecting innovation and creative work, which requires careful and standardized design assessment. This assessment analyzes the various criteria and assessments used by the relevant authorities, as well as the challenges and problems faced in the process. A qualitative approach was used to collect data through literature reviews, interviews with design examiners. This research recommends increasing assessment capacity and developing more comprehensive assessment guidelines to improve the quality and consistency of design assessment in the granting of exclusive rights. Thus, it is hoped that the industrial design protection system can more effectively support innovation and development of creative industries.]]>
