ABSTRACTThis legal research analyzes and examines the role of the Village Consultative Body of the Triyagan Village, Mojolaban District, Sukoharjo Regency in supervision of the Village Fund Allocation in based on Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. This legal research uses descriptive empirical research. The approach taken is through a qualitative approach. Sources of legal materials consist of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. While the data collection techniques used are field studies and literature studies as well as data analysis in this legal research  using qualitative methods. This research was conducted in Triyagan Village,  Mojolaban District, Sukoharjo Regency. The discussion on the writing of this law states that the role of BPD in the implementation of supervision of the Village Fund Allocation covers the planning of Village Government activities, implementation of activities, and reporting on the implementation of Village Government.Keywords : village consultative body; village find supervision.
