Abstract

Local pluralism is a driver of tourism policy, with an emphasis on changing the quality of life. Decentralization gives legitimacy to each region to produce or produce various policies that are in accordance with regional needs, including in the field of tourism. In this regard, each region besides having the potential for tourism that is not the same, also competes to optimize local local potential. Considering the implementation of government affairs in the region, including tourism, requires an appropriate legal foundation, an analysis of the relevant laws and regulations is needed. This study confirms that Bali, Surakarta, and Batu endeavor culture as a form of local pluralism to sustain the local tourism policies. However, the three objects of observation in this study have differences in institutionalizing local pluralism in the tourism policy. Regional Regulations in Bali need to be revised, while conversely, in Surakarta and Batu need to make Regional Regulations on Tourism Based on Local Pluralism. Abstract

The Constitutional Court (MK) has read out Decision Number 91/PUU-XVIII/2020 regarding the submission of judicial review from several parties regarding Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation (UU Cipta Kerja). The decision essentially states that the Job Creation Law is contrary to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia and does not have conditionally binding legal force as long as it does not mean that "no corrections have been made within 2 (two) years since the decision was pronounced." This research is a normative legal research by examining the laws and regulations and related to the social conditions that exist in society. However, the Employment Creation Law is still valid until it is established according to the grace period stipulated in the decision. If no repairs are made during the stipulated time, the Job Creation Act becomes permanently unconstitutional. Abstract

Globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi dewasa ini telah mengakibatkan krisis ideologi dan erosi rasa cinta tanah air (nasionalisme) pada generasi muda atau remaja akibat penetrasi ideologi asing dan penyebaran paham-paham radikal. Sebagai upaya untuk menangkal penetrasi ideologi asing dan menjaga ketahanan ideologi, maka diperlukan upaya kolaboratif antara perguruan tinggi dengan masyarakat salah satunya melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini akan diselenggarakan di SMA Negeri 4 Semarang dengan judul “Sosialisasi Nilai-Nilai Pancasila Bagi Generasi Milenial: Pancasila Dulu, Kini, dan Nanti.” Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan memberikan ceramah dan melakukan diskusi interaktif dengan tujuan memberikan sharing knowledge, sosialisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila, dan internalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila kepada siswa SMA Negeri 4 Semarang. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat terjadi: (1) Peningkatan pemahaman di kalangan siswa SMAN 4 Semarang mengenai nilai-nilai luhur Pancasila dan pentingnya untuk menjaga eksistensi nilai-nilai tersebut dalam kehidupan; (2) Internalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam diri siswa SMAN 4 Semarang sehingga dapat terbentuk rasa cinta tanah air dan rasa kebangsaan sekaligus menangkal potensi penetrasi ideologi asing dan paham-paham radikal di kalangan siswa SMAN 4 Semarang; (3) transfer knowledge mengenai peluang dan tantangan Indonesia dalam dinamika perkembangan global dan Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 sehingga dapat membuka cakrawala pengetahuan dan mempersiapkan siswa SMAN 4 Semarang menggapai peluang dan menghadapi tantangan tersebut.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of a Child Friendly District (KLA) in Magetan Regency. The implementation of the role of the Magetan Regency Government is to implement and carry out policies in implementing and developing a Child-Friendly Magetan Regency and knowing what factors are obstacles and drivers of the regional government's role in implementing a Child-Friendly Regency in Magetan Regency. This research was conducted using empirical or non-doctrinal law using primary data in the form of interviews with regional officials of Magetan Regency as well as the results of field observations conducted in Magetan Regency. Secondary data used in this research are legal materials in the form of articles, journals and other legal literature related to the research being discussed. The role of regional government in implementing KLA is an implementation of obligations that have been regulated in Government Regulation Number 12 of 2022 concerning the Implementation of Child Friendly Districts/Cities, and in its implementation the role of regional government is regulated directly in the policies governing Magetan Regency, this is specifically regulated in Magetan Regency Regional Regulation Number 1 of 20222 concerning the Implementation of a Child Friendly Regency.

Abstract

Village development is an important aspect in the development of the Indonesian Nation. One sector that can be utilized for village development is tourism. Village has the authority to develop its tourism as a form of managing the potential of the village. Village tourism in the process of its development is inseparable from obstacles such as low human resources, conflicts between villagers in the development of village tourism, etc. This research discusses how the authority of Kemuning Village in tourism management to support the enhancement of Kemuning Village's original income and what obstacles the Kemuning village government experiences in managing the village's tourism potential to support village income. This research is a type of empirical legal research with a descriptive research style and a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used are field research and literature study. Based on this research, Kemuning Village has already executed some of its authorities in tourism management to support the increase of village income, but there are also some authorities that have not been executed by the Kemuning Village government. The obstacles experienced by the Kemuning Village government in managing tourism potential to support village income are the lack of people who understand and can utilize the potential of the tourism sector, the lack of coordination between the Kemuning Village Government and the Karanganyar Regency Government, the implementation of BUM Desa that is not yet optimal, and the absence of village regulations related to tourism management and levies on tourist business services.
