Analisis Penerimaan dan Penggunaan Berkelanjutan Aplikasi X Menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model dan Expectation Confirmation Model

Abstract

Abstrak - Perkembangan transformasi digital mendorong perusahaan di sektor makanan dan minuman untuk mengadopsi aplikasi mobile guna meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Perusahaan X menghadirkan aplikasi yang menyediakan fitur pemesanan online, pembayaran digital, dan program loyalitas. Namun, pemanfaatan fitur utama aplikasi belum sepenuhnya optimal sehingga perlu dianalisis unsur-unsur yang menentukan penerimaan serta penggunaan berkelanjutan aplikasi terkait. Investigasi ini berfokus membedah penerimaan serta penggunaan berkelanjutan aplikasi X melalui penggabungan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) serta Expectation Confirmation Model (ECM). Riset ini memakai metode kuantitatif eksplanatif disertai penjaringan data memanfaatkan angket digital terhadap para pemakai aplikasi X pada wilayah Kota Jambi. Seluruh data diproses mengandalkan Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) berbantuan SmartPLS 4.0. Temuan ilmiah membuktikan yakni Confirmation berdampak nyata pada Perceived Usefulness serta Satisfaction, sementara Perceived Ease of Use berimbas nyata pada Perceived Usefulness. Di samping itu, Perceived Usefulness memiliki kontribusi nyata pada Satisfaction. Akan tetapi, Perceived Ease of Use serta Perceived Usefulness mempunyai imbas namun kurang berarti pada Continuance Intention. Satisfaction tervalidasi sebagai elemen yang paling kuat dampaknya pada Continuance Intention, sementara Continuance Intention berkontribusi nyata pada Actual System Use. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi TAM dan ECM mampu menjelaskan perilaku penerimaan dan penggunaan berkelanjutan aplikasi X dengan baik. Kata kunci: Technology Acceptance Model (TAM); Expectation Confirmation Model (ECM); Perceived Usefulness; Continuance Intention; Actual System Use;   Abstract - The progression of digital transformation urges enterprises within the culinary industry to implement mobile applications to elevate assistance standards and consumer allegiance. Firm X introduces an application that offers internet-based purchasing, electronic transactions, and client retention features. Nonetheless, the use of the application's primary capabilities remains less than perfect, hence requiring an examination of the elements that impact the acceptance and continued use of the application. This research intends to evaluate the acceptance and continued use of application X by combining the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Expectation Confirmation Model (ECM). The inquiry employs a quantitative explanatory methodology with information gathering via a web-based survey administered to consumers of application X within Jambi City. Information was processed utilizing Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS 4.0. The outcomes demonstrate that Confirmation exerts a meaningful impact on Perceived Usefulness and Satisfaction, whereas Perceived Ease of Use has a substantial influence on Perceived Usefulness. Furthermore, Perceived Usefulness displays a critical bearing on Satisfaction. In contrast, Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness possess a negligible repercussion on Continuance Intention. Satisfaction was verified as the most dominant determinant on Continuance Intention, meanwhile Continuance Intention meaningfully guided Actual System Use. These discoveries imply that the fusion of TAM and ECM is capable of clarifying the acceptance behavior and continued use of application X effectively.
