<![CDATA[Kepuasan kerja diduga dapat menentukan atau mendorong kinerja perawat ke arah yang baik atau sebaliknya. Salah satu yang termasuk ke dalam kinerja perawat adalah sikap etis perawat terhadap pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepuasan kerja perawat dengan sikap etis perawat terhadap pasien. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh perawat pelaksana di 11 ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sumedang dengan jumlah sampel 160 responden yang dipilih melalui simple random sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengukur kepuasan kerja dan sikap etis perawat terhadap pasien dengan bentuk google form. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 94,37% responden memiliki tingkat kepuasan kerja tinggi. Sebagian besar responden memiliki sikap etis yang baik terhadap pasien (90,00%). Hasil uji spearman correlation diperoleh nilai p= 0,001 dengan koefisien korelasi 0,677, yang berarti ada hubungan kuat dan memiliki arah positif antara kepuasan kerja perawat dengan sikap etis perawat terhadap pasien. Disarankan pihak rumah sakit untuk melakukan pengukuran kepuasan kerja perawat dan evaluasi untuk mempertahankan kepuasan kerja perawat tetap tinggi sehingga menunjukkan sikap yang positif. Job satisfaction is believed to influence or drive nurse performance positively or negatively. One aspect of nurse performance is the ethical attitude of nurses towards patients. This study aims to determine the relationship between nurse job satisfaction and the moral attitude of nurses toward patients. This is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. The study involved all implementing nurses in 11 inpatient wards of Sumedang Regional General Hospital, with a sample size of 160 respondents selected through simple random sampling. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire to measure job satisfaction and the ethical attitude of nurses towards patients via Google Forms. The results showed that 94.37% of respondents had high job satisfaction. Most respondents had a good ethical attitude towards patients (90.00%). The Spearman correlation test results showed a p-value of 0.001 with a correlation coefficient of 0.677, indicating a strong and positive relationship between nurse job satisfaction and the ethical attitude of nurses towards patients. It is recommended that the hospital conduct regular measurements of nurse job satisfaction and evaluations to maintain high job satisfaction, thus fostering a positive attitude.]]>
