This community service activity aims to improve the quality of learning and character development of students through the Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPA) Development program based on the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, which shows that every community has assets that can be developed, whether in the form of individual, social, institutional, physical, or cultural assets. in Sepat Village, Masaran District, Sragen Regency. The ABCD method emphasizes strengthening the potential and local assets that the community already has. The program was implemented for one month (January 12–February 10, 2026) in three locations, namely the Ittihad II Plosorejo Mosque, the Baiturrahman Tembokrejo Mosque, and the Baitul Hikmah Wonorejo Mosque RT 12. The stages of the activity include asset identification, potential mapping, participatory planning, implementation of development, as well as evaluation and reflection. The results of the activity showed an increase in the ability to read and write the Al-Qur'an, memorize prayers and short surahs, as well as the formation of religious character and environmental awareness in students. The ABCD approach has proven effective in optimizing the role of mosques, TPA teachers, students, and the community as the main assets in strengthening community-based religious education.
