This research aims to analyze the social ethics of the Qur'an in dealing with the problems of the digital society, especially hoaxes, hate speech, and humanitarian crises. The development of digital technology has changed the pattern of human communication to be faster, more open, and participatory. However, such progress has not always been accompanied by ethical awareness in receiving, disseminating and responding to information. As a result, the digital space is often a place for the spread of fake news, insults, prejudices, identity conflicts, and the weakening of humanitarian solidarity. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive-analytical methods and thematic social interpretation. The main data of the research is sourced from verses of the Qur'an related to social ethics, while supporting data is obtained from books of tafsir, Islamic ethics literature, communication studies, and previous research on digital society. The results of the study show that the social ethics of the Qur'an can be formulated through several main principles, namely tabayyun, qaulan sadidan, the prohibition of sukhriyyah and tajassus, justice, ta'awun, ukhuwah, and mercy. These principles can be the basis for building a digital culture that is honest, polite, fair, caring, and humanitarian-oriented. Thus, the Qur'an not only serves as a normative guideline, but also as a conceptual framework in shaping digital social ethics that is relevant to the lives of contemporary society.
