This study aims to analyze the influence of work morale, work commitment, and work environment on employee performance at PT. Kirana Permata Muara Enim. The research employed a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 78 employees via a saturated sampling technique. The data obtained were then analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the influence of each variable, both partially and simultaneously, on employee performance. The results showed that work morale had a negative but significant effect on employee performance, whereas work commitment and work environment had positive and significant effects. Simultaneously, all three variables significantly influenced employee performance. The implications of this study indicate that companies need to strengthen employee commitment through motivation, good communication, and rewards. In addition, companies should create a comfortable, safe, and supportive work environment to sustainably improve employee productivity and overall work quality.
