This study discusses community-based school management innovation as a strategy to increase the role of parents and the community in the education ecosystem in Bima City. Through literature reviews and case studies in several schools, it was found that collaboration between schools, parents and the community was able to have a significant impact on strengthening student character and improving the quality of education. The method used in this study was a qualitative study with a descriptive approach. The results of the study showed that the active involvement of parents and the community and supported by the transformative leadership of the principal, is the key to success in building an inclusive and sustainable education ecosystem.
