Service quality and brand image have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, price, service quality, and brand image had a significant effect on purchase decisions with an F value of 30,420 and a significance of 0,000. The R-Square value of 0.498 indicates that 49.8% of the variation in purchasing decisions is explained by all three study variables, while the remaining 50.2% is explained by other factors outside the model. The most dominant variable is brand image.
