<![CDATA[ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the efforts of The Dalit Women’s Movement initiated by feminist movements and Dalit communities in India. The author will examine the transnational advocacy process in response to the Indian government's failure to accommodate the basic rights of Dalit women. The article will also outline several achievements successfully accomplished by The Dalit Women’s Movement as a manifestation of global civil society discourse. In this study, the author employs the Transnational Advocacy Network (TAN) theory introduced by Keck and Sikkink. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The research findings indicate that the strategies of the Dalit women's movement meet the criteria of TAN outlined by Keck and Sikkink, including information politics, symbolic politics, leverage politics, and accountability politics. Thus, transnational advocacy by activists carried out over the years ultimately yielded results, as evidenced by behavioral changes by the target actor, namely the Government of India.Kata Kunci: Advokasi, Diskriminasi, India, Perempuan Dalit, TransnasionalStudi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis upaya The Dalit Women’s Movement yang digagas oleh gerakan feminsis dan komunitas Dalit di India. Penulis akan mengkaji proses advokasi transnasional dalam merespons kegagalan pemerintah India untuk mengakomodasi hak-hak dasar perempuan Dalit. Artikel ini juga akan menjabarkan sejumlah pencapaian yang berhasil dilakukan oleh The Dalit Women’s Movement sebagai manifestasi dari wacana masyarakat sipil global. Dalam studi ini, penulis menggunakan teori Transnational Advocacy Network (TAN) yang diperkenalkan oleh Keck dan Sikkink. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi gerakan perempuan Dalit memenuhi kriteria TAN yang dikemukakan Keck dan Sikkink, di antaranya information politics, symbolic politics, leverage politics, dan accountability politics. Dengan demikian, advokasi transnasional oleh para aktivis yang dilakukan selama bertahun-tahun pada akhirnya membuahkan hasil dibuktikan dengan perubahan perilaku oleh target aktor, yakni Pemerintah India.
