This study aims to analyze the management of recreation services in a school library “Loka Ghana SMA Neggeri 1 Sedayu” using a quantitative approach. The indicators examined include staff performance in service delivery, quality and accessibility of information, and library facilities and infrastructure. The research employed a survey method, with questionnaires distributed to 283 students. The research instrument consisted of a questionnaire comprising 14 items. Validity testing using Pearson Product Moment correlation with results > 0,1162), it can be statistically concluded that all items in this questionnaire are declared valid. Reliability testing using Cronbach's Alpha with results of 0.945, so the research instrument is declared highly reliable. The mean score shows that the management of recreation services falls within the “good to very good” category, with a value of 4.196. These findings indicate that recreation services in school libraries have the potential to be developed as an attractive feature to enhance students’ reading interest. This study concludes that the management of recreation services has significant potential for improvement through strategic planning, strengthened promotion, and collaboration between schools and external stakeholders
