Perkembangan transformasi pendidikan, kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence), dan disrupsi teknologi menghadirkan tantangan baru bagi profesionalisme Guru Muhammadiyah dalam mempertahankan identitas ideologis sekaligus beradaptasi dengan perubahan pendidikan abad ke-21. Penelitian ini bertujuan merumuskan model rekonstruksi Guru Muhammadiyah yang adaptif terhadap transformasi pendidikan, paradigma Society 5.0, dan kebijakan Merdeka Belajar dengan tetap berpijak pada nilai tajdid dan Islam berkemajuan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif library research melalui analisis dokumen resmi Muhammadiyah, Undang-Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2005 tentang Guru dan Dosen, serta berbagai literatur tentang profesionalisme guru, transformasi pendidikan digital, dan pendidikan Islam kontemporer menggunakan teknik content analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prototipe Guru Muhammadiyah dibangun melalui enam dimensi utama, yaitu ideologis, pedagogis, profesional, sosial, inovatif, dan literasi digital. Literasi digital dipahami tidak hanya sebagai kemampuan teknis, tetapi juga sebagai kesiapan sumber daya manusia pendidikan Islam dalam menghadapi tantangan Education 5.0 dan perkembangan teknologi berbasis AI. Model konseptual yang dihasilkan mengintegrasikan nilai Islam berkemajuan, kompetensi profesional guru, dan inovasi pembelajaran digital sebagai landasan penguatan profesionalisme Guru Muhammadiyah di tengah tantangan VUCA world. Penelitian ini be rkontribusi dalam memperkuat kajian pendidikan Islam modernis sekaligus menjadi rujukan konseptual bagi pengembangan kebijakan pelatihan dan profesionalisme Guru Muhammadiyah pada era transformasi pendidikan.The development of educational transformation, artificial intelligence, and technological disruption presents new challenges for the professionalism of Muhammadiyah teachers in maintaining their ideological identity while adapting to the changes in education in the 21st century. This research aims to formulate a model of reconstruction of Muhammadiyah teachers that is adaptive to educational transformation, the Society 5.0 paradigm, and the policy of Freedom of Learning while still based on the values of tajdid and progressive Islam. The research uses a qualitative approach of library research through the analysis of official documents of Muhammadiyah, Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers, as well as various literature on teacher professionalism, digital education transformation, and contemporary Islamic education using content analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the prototype of Muhammadiyah Teachers is built through six main dimensions, namely ideological, pedagogical, professional, social, innovative, and digital literacy. Digital literacy is understood not only as a technical ability, but also as the readiness of Islamic education human resources to face the challenges of Education 5.0 and the development of AI-based technology. The resulting conceptual model integrates progressive Islamic values, teacher professional competence, and digital learning innovations as the foundation for strengthening the professionalism of Muhammadiyah teachers in the midst of the challenges of the VUCA world. This research contributes to strengthening the study of modernist Islamic education as well as becoming a conceptual reference for the development of training policies and professionalism of Muhammadiyah teachers in the era of educational transformation.
