Hypertension is a health issue that requires serious attention because it can increase the risk of various potentially life-threatening cardiovascular diseases, such as stroke, heart failure, coronary heart disease, and heart attack. The study design used in this research was a case-control study. The study was conducted in the service area of the Tomoni Timur Community Health Center. The study was conducted in April 2025. The sample consisted of 50 case respondents and 50 control respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The research instrument used a research questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate methods. The results showed an association between salt intake (p-value: 0.021) and stress (p-value: 0.039) with recurrent hypertension. It is recommended that respondents improve their dietary habits to achieve a balanced diet and practice effective stress management, and that the community health center enhance its efforts to implement preventive health programs.Keywords: High Blood Pressure, Salt Intake, Stress
