Technological developments in education have encouraged various educational institutions, from elementary to tertiary levels, to adapt to digital innovations to improve the quality of the learning process. The purpose of this study is to examine the transformation of digital education in the modern world of learning through a literature review. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques utilizing literature reviews related to educational technologies such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), and big data. Data analysis techniques in this study include collecting data, identifying data, decrypting data, and summarizing data. The results of the study indicate that this technology can increase the effectiveness, flexibility, and personalization of learning. However, this transformation also poses challenges in terms of data security and user privacy. Therefore, digital literacy, a strong security system, and the wise use of technology are needed to support optimal digital education.
