<![CDATA[Support system is very important for education, especially for students. This system needs to be implemented on every campus because currently many students graduate late or not on time, resulting in the study program's point value during accreditation being less than supportive. Apart from that, if there is no support system, many students will work while doing it, making them lazy or forgetting to do their final assignments. so that at the final point, he wants to DO and then complete his final assignment. The number of respondents was 53 students from 5 study programs, he empowerment method is through guidance that is previously carried out with positive affirmations using Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) so that students accept the guidance provided and have self-confidence and create enthusiasm or motivation. The next strategy is mentoring for up to 3 months for all support system participants. To evaluate cooperation with the supervisor, check whether there has been progress regarding the final assignment. The results are that after 3 months, 50 students from 53 respondents have completed their final assignment exams, while 3 students are continuing their final assignment guidance. In conclusion, the support system is very supportive in helping and guidance to complete the final assignment. It is recommended that all campuses provide a support system for students.]]>
