<![CDATA[This community service activity aims to develop and enhance students’ legal competencies through hands-on practice in reviewing draft Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) and Memoranda of Agreement (MoAs) at the General Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) of Central Sulawesi Province. As future legal practitioners, students require opportunities to apply their theoretical knowledge and convert it into practical skills. This activity involved 5 (five) interns from the Law Program at Tadulako University. The implementation method focused on a participatory approach through field observations, in-depth interviews with Bawaslu officials, document reviews, and direct student involvement in the legal drafting process. The results of the community service activity demonstrated active student participation in analyzing the substance of legal documents, verifying the compliance of clauses with election regulations, identifying legal risks, and providing solutions to technical and editorial errors in the drafts. The conclusion of this activity is the successful integration of academic theory and field practice, which tangibly enhances three key student competencies: legal drafting skills, legal analysis skills, and critical thinking skills.
