The development of digital technology has encouraged the increased use of e-commerce in various groups, including high school students. The ease of access to transactions through e-commerce can influence students' consumptive behavior, especially influenced by pocket money and self-control. This study aims to determine the effect of pocket money and self-control on consumptive behavior in the use of e-commerce among students of SMA Negeri 11 Muaro Jambi. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research sample consisted of 106 students determined using a specific sampling technique. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that pocket money had a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior, while self-control had a negative and significant effect. Simultaneously, pocket money and self-control had a significant effect on consumptive behavior with a coefficient of determination of 34.4% indicating that consumptive behavior was influenced by pocket money and self-control, while the rest was influenced by other factors outside the study. It can be concluded that the greater the pocket money received and the lower the students' self-control, the higher the tendency of consumptive behavior in using e-commerce in students.
