<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the influence of the quality of health content on the Instagram account @dr.tirta on healthy lifestyle behavior of students. The background of the study departs from the high use of social media as a source of health information and the increasing role of health influencers in building public health awareness. The study used a quantitative explanatory method with a purposive sampling technique on 60 Medical students of Padang State University who have Instagram accounts and have been exposed to @dr.tirta content. The content quality variable was measured using Jefferson & Tanton's five dimensions (helpful, entertaining, authentic, relevant, timely), while the healthy lifestyle variable refers to three behavioral domains according to Bloom (knowledge, attitude, and action). Data analysis was performed using simple linear regression via SPSS. The results showed a fairly strong positive relationship between the quality of @dr.tirta content and healthy lifestyle behavior of students.]]>
