Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in regional economic development, including in Mataram City. However, limited digital literacy and the dominance of cash transactions remain major challenges in improving transaction efficiency. This community service activity aims to examine the implementation and education of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) by BTN Syariah in enhancing digital literacy and transaction efficiency among MSMEs in Mataram City. The activity employed a door-to-door assistance approach through education, merchant registration support, and QRIS transaction simulations. The program was conducted from September 17 to October 30, 2025, involving 210 MSMEs, of which 113 successfully implemented QRIS BTN Syariah. The results indicate that QRIS implementation improves transaction speed, payment security, and digital financial record-keeping. Therefore, QRIS BTN Syariah education and implementation are effective in supporting MSMEs digital transformation in Mataram City.
