The development of digital technology has transformed buying and selling practices, including grape trading in Pematangsiantar City. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the salam contract in digital grape sales and evaluate its compliance with the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law (KHES). Using a normative juridical method with a library research approach, the study examines relevant laws, literature, and scientific sources. The results show that transactions are conducted through a pre-order system with advance payment and agreed delivery. The practice fulfills the requirements of a salam contract and aligns with Sharia economic law principles, ensuring fairness, transparency, and legal certainty.
