This community service program was conducted through a student internship at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Mojokerto City to strengthen the implementation of student organizational management. The main problem addressed was the limited ability of students to apply organizational management functions, particularly planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating organizational activities. The internship program was chosen as an assistance strategy because it provided direct work experience in a formal and structured bureaucratic environment. The program was implemented through preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. During the implementation stage, students were involved in administrative activities, document archiving, religious service data management, and public service support within the office. Assistance was carried out continuously through guidance from field supervisors and routine evaluation of student activities. The results showed improvement in student organizational management after the internship program. This improvement was reflected in more systematic planning, clearer task distribution, disciplined program implementation, and better coordination and communication. In addition, students’ professionalism, responsibility, work discipline, initiative, leadership capacity, and social awareness also increased. Therefore, the internship program was effective in strengthening student organizational management and supporting sustainable community service.
